So, it was a 3 stage interview process, and each stage was about an hour long. The first round was a technical one where they asked me basic stuff about GD&T, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics, and then threw in some behavioral questions too. The second round was another technical one, but this time they really dug into mechanical engineering with some harder questions. The last round was a panel interview where I had to present a technical project, and they asked me technical questions based on my presentation.

So first there was this online written test, which had objective questions about my Mechanical Engineering studies and also aptitude questions like those in the CAT exam. After that, I had two offline technical interview rounds. Each of these technical interviews ended with about fifteen minutes of HR questions, where they looked at my values and experiences. The technical questions were more about how I'd approach a problem rather than testing if I could remember facts. Honestly, the process itself felt more important than the outcome.
