First up, you'll chat with the Department Manager. They're mostly checking if you vibe with them. They might also look at your technical background, your experience, and your personality to see if you'd fit in with the team. If the manager likes you, they'll send you to the next interview. Then, you'll meet with the Supervisor. This person is mainly making sure you're "normal," meaning they're checking out your communication skills, your attitude, and if you can handle the job. If you nail this, you'll get an offer. Oh, and a big thing: they really care about fluent English, so expect that to be tested.

The interview process was pretty easy and fast before they made an offer. Salary talks were a no-go because they have a set way of figuring out pay and wouldn't negotiate, not even considering things like past leadership experience. This might seem like a cost-saver, but it sets employees off on the wrong foot and can lead to bad feelings later, especially when they find out others with less experience got paid the same. This makes people want to look for jobs elsewhere. Also, the work schedule was not explained accurately by the hiring folks; they never mentioned it would mean working every weekend. This feeling of being misled is a negative mark on the hiring process and the company overall.
