After applying, it was pretty fast hearing back. The day of the interview, they split us into morning and afternoon groups. I was in the morning group, which was from 8am to 12pm. It was a panel of about 2-3 people interviewing, and there were about 30 people interviewing at the same time in different rooms. After the interview, we were given a tour of the hospital, and then they answered questions with a couple of nurses who were previously in the new graduate residency program.

Got a call from HR about positions I was interested in, then got scheduled to interview with the manager. I went in person (pre covid) for an informal, relaxed interview with the unit manager. I talked about my experience and strengths and got to ask questions. The interview was less than an hour. Got a call with an offer within 2 hours after I got home.
