Clinical Systems Analyst
So, first there was an HR screening, then a VP interview, then a Director interview, and finally a Hiring manager and panel interview. Everyone was great though. I actually got along with everyone who interviewed me. Some of them I didn't work with directly, but they were all super friendly and welcoming when I joined the team.

Administrative Secretary
After the first interview, the recruiter contacted me a few days later about the LRMC position. In the second interview, Maggie Gordon and James Sturgill, the managers, interviewed me at the clinic. I was one of five candidates. They discussed the job duties with me and gave me a tour of the clinic, which seemed like a nice place with friendly and happy staff. They said they'd decide by the end of the week. After four weeks of no news, I emailed Mr. Sturgill for an update. He replied that same day, explaining that managerial changes had put the position on hold. I really wanted this job and it would have been perfect for me. I just wish they had informed all candidates sooner.
- The recruiter asked scenario-based questions about how I would handle specific situations or problems, and about my strengths and weaknesses.
Revenue Cycle Manager
This was by far the worst interview experience I've ever had. It started in March 2018 with a recruiter email for a phone interview. A couple of weeks later, I got the exact same email again for the same role, which was confusing, but I went along with it professionally. In April, I followed up with the recruiter about my continued interest, and they said they'd forward my resume to the hiring manager. By May, the hiring manager emailed me to see if I was still interested. I sent my availability, and she scheduled an interview. On the scheduled day, I waited 15 minutes on the call before someone informed me the hiring manager had an emergency and needed to reschedule. I emailed the hiring manager with new availability, but got no response. After three weeks, I sent another follow-up, and she replied that the position had been filled. This company is a mess – disorganized and unprofessional. I won't apply here again. I consider this a learning experience.

Nurse Resident
It was 4 hours of mostly sitting around waiting for your 10 min interview. My interview was in the afternoon so by the time it was finally time for me to interview the panel of managers had already sat through multiple interviews. The questions were very generic and did not have anything to do with nursing. It was mostly on how I handle conflict or a problem patient. I was very disappointed with my experience.
- In five years, where do you envision yourself?
- Describe a time when you had to deal with conflict.
- What motivated you to pursue a career in nursing?
