The interview process involved market sizing and brainstorming cases, some of which were in unfamiliar industries. The interviews were a mix of behavioral and case questions, with additional questions at the end. The interviewers were very friendly. There were two virtual case interviews, followed by an in-person interview on site.

Technical Case Behavioral
The first round involved interviews with two senior analysts. Both reviewed my resume and then we went into a case study, which seemed to be their main focus. The case study itself was a bit vague and didn't include any specific numbers. The first interviewer was nice and professional, but the second one seemed uninterested and was a bit unprofessional.

The HR team was really nice and on time, and super friendly on the phone. After a few chats, I was invited for an interview in a month when I was back in the area. The interview itself lasted two hours, and I talked with two analysts who seemed to be regular or senior level. The company felt like a fun and interesting place, and I'd definitely suggest anyone give it their best shot. They mentioned they interview a lot of people each year and only hire if they find the right person. They get thousands of resumes a year and interview about 100 people (including phone screens) to hire only 2-4 analysts. The first interview was supposed to be a preliminary one, and if it went well, I'd then interview with the higher-ups. I'm not really sure about their strategy of interviewing so many people for a firm that hires so few. It seems like they might be trying to get their name out to local professionals too, based on friends who interviewed there with less experience and different school backgrounds than typical hires.
