Recruiter
A recruiter from the company first contacted me for a phone interview. Then I had another phone interview with the hiring manager and some senior corporate managers. The final interview was in person at the office with the hiring manager. After that, there was paperwork for background and reference checks.
- How do others perceive you?
- What are your personal shortcomings?
Recruiter
After I applied, they sent me an email for a phone interview. At the end of that call, they told me to come to the office for another interview. When I arrived, I ended up having a Face Time call with a manager who was in a different state. After I got home, I had a second phone interview with a different manager, also in another state. Soon after, they gave me an offer. The entire process felt super fast, like they really needed someone for the role.
- Tell me about your strengths.
- What about your weaknesses?
Associate Recruiter
The process was easy and had 4 steps. First, I had to fill out a form online. Then, there was a phone interview. After that, I came in for another interview. Finally, we discussed employment and benefits.
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with a stressful situation.
