Before opening new stores in the area, an interviewer came to my school's graduation portfolio show. She used the school's interview rooms to interview a student from a different school and offered him the job right then. I was still brought in for an interview, where I discovered that full-time opportunities and advancement were very limited. They also somewhat insulted my school and my education. They offered me a lesser position, but I declined because I got a better offer elsewhere.

I applied online on a Sunday and heard back from the store manager within two hours. The interview was three days later and I got the offer about a week after. They tried to make me feel comfortable by having me sit in nice furniture and offering me water. They took notes from an HR form. Typically, you interview with the store team and then the HR manager.
