The interview was pretty standard, focusing on my previous experience and qualifications. The hiring process felt a bit drawn out and perhaps more than necessary. I first spoke with a recruiter, then another recruiter, followed by an interview with a manager and finally the hiring manager. This took several weeks. I believe I was supposed to follow up or complete an action item, but I never got around to it. It was quite a lengthy experience, and they all seemed to ask the very same questions.
