The interview was generally easy, but the main difficulty was that it took place in the office while employees and parents were present, which interrupted the questions and made the interview harder due to the lack of privacy. There was also a large window looking into the office from the classrooms, and teachers were peering through it. Dress in business casual attire; avoid overdressing as you'll be working with kids.
