It was all very casual, normal. They asked me several questions, the kind every interviewer asks. About my experience, how I handle technology, my work profile, my schedule availability, etc. What position I would fill, my age, name, and other things I've already forgotten as it was a while ago.

They first look at my profile and experience to see if I'm a good fit. Then, they might give me a quick initial chat, either by phone or in person, where they confirm my available hours and ask why I want the job. After that comes the main interview. In this part, they ask about my past experience, how I manage my work at the cash register, and how I'd handle different customer situations. They also check my availability for shifts and weekends. Sometimes, they might ask me to do a hands-on test, pretending to use the cash register and deal with customers to see how I do. At the end, I get to ask my own questions about the job, and they tell me what happens next. Then, all that's left is to wait for them to contact me with their decision, and if it's good, they'll explain how to start.
