First, there was a group interview where everyone introduced themselves. Then, we did a role-play, first as a customer service rep handling a call (inquiry/complaint), and then as the customer. This was done both verbally and in writing. After that, I was called for an individual interview, which was a video call in my case, to talk more specifically about my work history and expectations.

Behavioral

It was all very casual, normal. They asked me several questions, the kind every interviewer asks. About my experience, how I handle technology, my work profile, my schedule availability, etc. What position I would fill, my age, name, and other things I've already forgotten as it was a while ago.

Depending on the role, you'll have an individual interview with the manager in charge who will ask you personal questions related to the job. If everything goes well, the next stage would be a pre-employment check.

Behavioral Group Other

It's a group interview, and if you pass, you move on to an individual one. It's more about getting to know the work team and how you interact. They ask questions like what animal you would be, or what fictional character you identify with. There's also a group activity where they give you a PDF with a typical company problem: a client can't receive their package at home because they aren't there, and they need to do some paperwork to have it delivered to a different address, or you have to find a better solution.

Confirmed questions5 questions
  • Tell me about your career history.
  • What kind of jobs have you held in the past?
  • What animal would you choose to be?
