The interview process involved three rounds. First, there was an aptitude and engineering test. The aptitude part was quite straightforward and manageable within the time limit. Engineering questions focused mainly on manufacturing, automobile, and design topics. From the initial 145 students, 52 were shortlisted. The second round was a group discussion, typical of other interviews, and about 25 out of the 52 moved forward. The final round consisted of both technical and HR interviews, with questions leaning towards automobile and design. Proficiency in design software like Creo and Nx CAD was crucial, and computer knowledge was considered an advantage. Ultimately, 16 out of the initial 25 participants were hired, and I was among them.
