First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at L&T Technology Services.
Software Test Engineer
The interview had 3 rounds on the same day: aptitude, technical, and HR. The embedded institute facilitated my application, and the process was excellent, with the technical and HR rounds being very friendly. Following selection, LNT requires a medical test, which they cover. LNT will then issue the offer letter based on the medical test results.
- Could you please introduce yourself?
- Do you have knowledge of C programming?
- Are you familiar with UART communication protocol?
Software Verification Engineer
The hiring process was really bad and unprofessional. Even though I cleared all the rounds, in the end, they said they didn't want to move forward with my profile. There were 3 rounds: Skype, Webex, and an in-person interview. The in-person one was in Sunnyvale and lasted for 5 hours. I cleared all the rounds, but after some days, they got back to me and said they didn't want to move forward. They were very unprofessional, especially the HR who was coordinating, treating us like slaves. They unnecessarily wasted my time and PTOs.
- What are some Selenium commands?
- Tell me about TestNG.
Test Engineer
It was a phone interview with several technical rounds. If you pass those, there's an HR round, and after accepting the offer, you'll do medical tests at clinics they choose.
- Can you tell me about your background as it relates to your CV?
- What is your domain knowledge in this area?
