First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at L'Occitane.
Sales Representative
After two positive calls, they said they would schedule an appointment, but I never heard from them again. I was ghosted, unfortunately. I found this very unprofessional. Two weeks after the email saying they would schedule a face-to-face meeting with me, I saw that the vacancy was posted again on Indeed.
- How familiar are you with sales?

Inside Sales Representative
The interview process was great, the interviewers were very nice and relaxed. I loved it and hope to get the call to show my best, because I love working with people.
- Tell us about your negative points, I leave mine to the evaluator and learn to improve them
Sales Supervisor
I had a 30-minute chat with the store manager at a cafe nearby. We talked about my personal ambitions and my past experience in sales and customer service. Sadly, the company never got back to me after the interview to share their decision.
- What are your five-year career goals?
