The interview process started with a phone call with HR, then an in-person meeting with HR. Right after that, I had another in-person meeting with the manager and the person currently in the role. A few weeks later, HR left a voicemail to let me know my application wasn't successful.

The interview process is pretty standard. It's a three-hour interview for an internship. They mentioned that after the internship, there's no guarantee of a job. They also said they don't have a training program because they expect you to perform exceptionally from day one, with no room for mistakes. After six months of intense work for little to no pay, they just say goodbye.

I applied for this job via a recruitment agency and they got in touch with me pretty quickly, like the next day. They set up an interview for me two weeks out, and then I had a quick chat with the hiring manager just two days after that. It was all pretty easy, and the managers were happy to answer all my questions about the role.
