Marketing Intern
The interview process at L'Occitane is a full day thing. The morning starts with a company presentation, so you can get to know their values, what they do, and how they're set up. This part also covers the administrative stuff for the internship, like the conditions and paperwork. All candidates will have a one-on-one presentation with the group and an HR manager, to see how everyone works together and what team skills you have. The afternoon is for individual interviews with the managers of the departments related to the internship, so you can talk more about what they're looking for and your specific skills.
- Why did you choose this internship over others?
Marketing Intern
I applied online on the group's website by sending my CV and cover letter. A fun and interesting process with a whole day dedicated to recruitment: half a day with an HR person and then an interview with two managers in French and then in English + a case study presentation in English.
- Can you introduce yourself in one minute?
- Could you tell me about your previous experiences?
- What comes to mind when you think of L'Occitane?
Marketing Intern
The process was pretty standard, involving some questions about myself and then a task related to the field. However, I never received any feedback, positive or negative, which I felt was disrespectful to the candidate.
