All stages were elimination rounds: An online English test was given because it was a requirement for the position. There was a group interview with HR, followed by an online interview with the area supervisors. Both interviews happened in the same week, and the whole process took less than a month. The interview with the HR representative was more relaxed, featuring a casual company presentation, details about benefits, and questions focused on you and your motivation for working there. Showing a lot of interest was important.

Behavioral Presentation

I had 1 screening HR phone interview, then 2 interviews with 2 different managers. I got an offer and asked for some time to think about it and sort out my budget for moving to Geneva from overseas. The HR person said no and rescinded the offer less than 48 hours after giving it to me. It was a really unprofessional, disrespectful, and unempathetic way to handle things.
