4 interviews: HR, HR + manager, manager + director, HR. In addition to the interviews, a practical case and a behavioral test were added. The results of both tests were shared.
- How would you present this analysis to the executive committee?
Analista
Had a chat with HR, then with the manager. Also did an English test and an Excel test. The chats were relaxed and they were very welcoming. Excel test involved SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables. The English test was a casual chat about life.
- Tell me about yourself.
- Tell me about your current work.
- What are you looking for?
Analista
It's a big, well-respected company, but it seems tough to move up, which could be a problem for someone looking for growth. The salary is around the market average or a bit lower, making it less appealing.
- Is there an HR member assigned to each area/group of areas in the company? Do they ask basic questions?
