I submitted my CV in the store, and the store manager contacted me within three days for a phone screen. They then set up a face-to-face interview. During that interview, the manager asked about my retail experience and for examples of good customer service. They also asked about the company's main competitors. After the interview, the manager asked me to come in for a trial to work on the shop floor for a few hours to see how I performed and interacted with the team. The following week, the store manager called to offer me the job.

After receiving my resume, they contacted me for an interview three weeks later. Two weeks post-interview, they called to inform me of my hiring. Two individuals were present during my interview. It was evident they were assessing my appearance thoroughly, and the questions were quite straightforward. However, the extended waiting periods for responses to my resume and interview were frustrating. My impression is that LK BENNETT generally has a slow hiring pace.
