the interview process was pretty straightforward and actually enjoyable, there were 2 rounds in total, and i found both of them to be really interesting and engaging. i really liked the whole process. the people i interviewed with were both interesting, and in the second round, i had to give a presentation which i thought was quite insightful.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS** They will make you do their design work and then block you. I have spent 2-3 weeks interviewing with LK Bennett, where in the first round interview they were 20 minutes late and offered no apology. They progressed me to the next round with a task to perform some graphic design work for them. They provided no design language or assistance, and upon asking some questions provided little to no help or guidance. Once I presented my work, they said they would contact me at the end of the week for an outcome. This contact never came 2 weeks later. I today decided to send a follow up to their design/marketing interviewers, but they have blocked all my emails. The lack of respect for the interviewers time and effort is frankly disgusting.

I had to wait in the store while another interview was going on. Then, I went into the staff/stock room, with staff coming in and out and sometimes interrupting. The interviewer was taking notes on a bunch of papers. A key point was about affording the initial uniform cost within three weeks (£100). The interview was in a really hot stockroom, sitting on a garden chair.

After receiving my resume, they contacted me for an interview three weeks later. Two weeks post-interview, they called to inform me of my hiring. Two individuals were present during my interview. It was evident they were assessing my appearance thoroughly, and the questions were quite straightforward. However, the extended waiting periods for responses to my resume and interview were frustrating. My impression is that LK BENNETT generally has a slow hiring pace.
