We went through 3 rounds in total. It started with 2 virtual case interviews, one was a market sizing case and the other was a strategy case. This was followed by in-person case interviews and a fit interview. The process concluded with a final interview with the partners. They really cared about how we structure our answers to their questions.

Consultant
I applied online and got referred. I got through the initial screening. The interview process involved several rounds that included behavioral and case questions to assess my experience, fit, and capabilities for the role. The case prompt, expectations, and question format were standard for the industry. It felt a bit long and tedious, which is common these days; even if you get updates, you might face many interviews and waits. I ended up accepting another offer before finishing this process.
- Can you share your motivations for pursuing consulting and specifically joining LEK?
- What are your career aspirations and future trajectory goals?
