I applied for The Graduate analyst position at LEK Consulting last September. After that, I received the SHL assessment link and did really well in the online assessment as I am an expert in SHL tests. I can guarantee with my conscience that I had scored above 95 percentile in the verbal, numerical and inductive reasoning tests. However, after a month passed by, they rejected me with a claim that I did not reach the necessary benchmark to progress to the next round. I had applied for the same role in the year 2023 and was selected for the next round. This year, with a much better performance, I was told a blatant lie that I did not score well, which was unfortunate! Hence, I believe that their graduate analyst hiring process is biased without any feedback or transparency, as per my experience.

The interview process has three rounds. The first round is a review of your resume. The second round, which is the first technical round, consists of two case studies and a behavioral question. These might be conducted back-to-back or separately. The third round, or the second technical round, also includes two case studies and a behavioral question, which may or may not be conducted back-to-back.

This was the hiring process for LEK Consulting, Mumbai, India. First, they did a CV selection for the on-campus internship. Then there were Buddy Sessions which weren't really for evaluation. The main part was the Case Interview Round, where there were 2 rounds, each lasting 45 minutes, and these were eliminatory. Finally, there was an HR fit interview.
