The interview process involved several interviews with company staff, culminating in a final interview with a senior finance executive. There was also a luncheon where we spoke with an executive from Bath and Body Works. An Excel test was administered to assess Excel proficiency and learning ability.

Behavioral

The interview process for this Finance role included a recruiter call and a long, nearly 6-hour onsite interview day. It was very scripted with interviewers reading questions from paper, although the schedule of interviewers changed a bit. Met with several different levels of people, but nobody offered a drink of water. They each had a copy of my interview agenda. By the end of the day, my interest in the company had decreased.

Behavioral

I interviewed on campus after the career fair. It was a short 30-minute interview where they asked about my resume and some situational questions. Then I had to go to their headquarters in Columbus for another interview. We got to learn a lot about the company and the jobs. We also did three rounds of interviews, each lasting 30 minutes with two interviewers. They were mostly behavioral questions.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about a difficult situation you had with a coworker and how you dealt with it.
