First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at L.A. Care Health Plan.
Customer Service Representative
It was a super easy and fast interview, only about 10 minutes long. The person interviewing me was really nice and the questions were pretty straightforward. Just make sure you have some experience, and you should be good to go. The whole thing was done over Zoom.
- Tell me about how you would handle specific scenarios.
Customer Care Representative
The interview process was long and I was starving. I got there at 8:30 am for a 9 am start and wasn't interviewed until 11 am. The first part ended at 12 pm, and the second interview was at 4 pm. I was so hungry I almost passed out. They asked me about my experience, and you need pretty good experience, maybe even medical experience, to get hired for level II or higher. After that, they asked me what question. I was told I'd hear back in 1-2 weeks, but I heard back in 3 days and got the job, which was awesome!
- Can you tell me the dates for your last 10 years of experience?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process included questions about your feelings towards your manager, your customer service background, and a time you used problem-solving skills with a difficult, angry caller. They also asked about your schedule, growth potential, and job requirements.
- Tell me about your availability.
- Are there opportunities for advancement here?
- Can you outline the requirements of this job?
