First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kyyba.
ADAS Operations Engineer
First, a phone call to ask basic questions about the field, my interests, and the kind of job I was looking for. They then set up my profile and searched for jobs that matched my interests and the client's needs. After that, they scheduled me for an interview to gauge my fit, interest, and willingness for a job opening they received from a client. Finally, an interview was scheduled with the client's reporting manager.
- Can you share an instance where you made a mistake and explain how you managed to overcome it?
Project Analyst
The hiring process felt quite unprofessional. I was only told about an hourly rate and then sent the job description. There was no follow-up afterwards. The role is for a Project Coordinator/Analyst in Lake County, IL, with a hybrid work setup. It's a contract position for 12+ months, with potential for extension. The work environment involves a mix of teamwork and independent work.
- What do you think are the most important skills (3-5) for this position?
Technical Recruiter
Had a 20 minute phone call where they wanted to get to know me, see if I was interested, check my background, my experience level, and my salary needs. Then we set up a face to face meeting. There were two people there and we had a really open and honest conversation. I felt very comfortable. They were happy to answer my questions. They had my resume ready and had questions prepared.
- What makes you want this job?
Technical Specialist
After emailing my resume, I got a reply that it was under review. A few days later, they asked for times for a phone interview. After that, I had a Skype interview the next day. The week after, I went in person for interviews with a technical panel and then my manager.
