I went through 3 remote interviews for this role. First up was an HR person, then two more with consultant team leads. Honestly, it felt like a waste of time. I tried to stay positive but was pretty bummed by the lack of communication. I emailed three times after the interviews asking for an update, and even after a month, I got nothing back. It would be great if they could value our time more, even just a quick note saying yes or no would be more professional.

I was contacted by two HR people for the same position, which was a bit strange because they didn't seem to communicate well internally. I felt I did well in both interviews, one of which was via Skype. I had all the technical skills they were looking for. The following week, I got an email inviting me for an interview at their NYC office. I let them know my availability, but never heard back from that HR person. A week later, I emailed again to see if those times worked, and she apologized, saying she'd been busy and would get back to me. I waited another week, emailed again, and still no response. This company felt like a waste of time; their hiring process seemed unprofessional, especially inviting me to the next stage and then ignoring me.

Applied online, confirmed notice period and salary expectations and was invited to an HR interview. The interview felt poorly structured with questions around notice period and salary being re-asked part way through. When I re-confirmed my answers, I was told my salary expectations (which is in line with those on Glassdoor and was confirmed at application stage) would suddenly be a problem. This then made the remainder of the interview feel pointless. Was told I would hear back within 2 weeks and never heard anything.
