First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kyriba Corp..
Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst
I had a great experience interviewing with Kyriba. The process was smooth from start to finish—clear timeline, no surprises, and everyone showed up on time and prepared. The conversations felt like real chats about how I work and solve problems, not trick questions. What stood out was the team vibe. Folks were collaborative, down‑to‑earth, and took the time to explain how the role fits with product, engineering, and customers. The case exercise actually felt relevant to the job, and they gave helpful feedback afterward. Recruiter comms were on point—quick updates, next steps, and honest answers. Overall, super professional but human. I walked away with a solid picture of the role, what success looks like, and how they support growth. Whether or not I get the offer, it left me genuinely excited about the people and the mission.
- What makes you want to join Kyriba
Implementation Specialist
After the initial hiring screen, there were 3 more rounds of interviews, with the last one being a panel interview. I actually had a great time talking to everyone and learned a lot about the role and the company's vibe. The main problem is that after I finished all the interviews, they just ghosted me. It was super unprofessional and confusing. I feel like if you make it through all the rounds, you deserve at least a rejection email. It really messed up my initial positive impression of their hiring process. It's also funny because I saw the job posted again a few times, and they kept talking about how well the business is doing and their strong pipeline.
- Can you describe your experience with TMS?
Legal Counsel
The interview process was really smooth and efficient, and everyone was super respectful. From the first contact from the recruiter all the way to the last interview, they kept me informed and communicated clearly, so I always knew what was next. Every person I talked to was professional and took the time to answer my questions really well, making it feel more like a real chat than just an interview. They also moved pretty fast, which was great, and it really felt like a company that cares about the candidate's time and having a good experience.
- What's your approach when a customer and an internal stakeholder both want something that goes against our policies and standard procedures?
Principal Sales Consultant
started with an online chat with HR, who's based in the US, and asked a couple of questions about hard skills. Then, there was an online assessment testing personal and professional traits. This was followed by an online interview with the hiring manager. Finally, I had interviews with 4 senior colleagues I’d be working with the most. After a few weeks of silence, I followed up and was told the position was paused (or closed) and they weren't hiring.
