Project Manager
The whole thing was super quick and the recruiting folks were really nice. I only talked to the project owners once and they told me I did well later that day.
- Can you describe the most beautiful place you've been to?
Project Manager
I had a great experience interviewing for the project management role at Kyndryl. The interviewers were nice and the interview itself went well. However, I was disappointed with the lack of follow-up after the interview. I tried to contact the recruiter but never heard back about the outcome. It would have been good to get an update, even if they chose someone else. Better communication, especially post-interview, would really improve the candidate experience.
- Can you describe your previous job experience?
- What aspects of this job appeal to you?
Project Manager
4 rounds of interviews happened in one week and I was given misleading info. After my final interview, the recruiter contacted me to say I should expect an offer the next business day, which was a Friday. She said it was amazing news going into the weekend and confirmed my salary. The next business day, I heard nothing. I reached out and the recruiter said they were still interviewing to finalize the team. I reached out a week later and was told they were still interviewing more people. Another week passed, I reached out again and the recruiter had no update. After 4 weeks, I reached out and was told the job has been pulled. When I mentioned she told me I had an offer, she ghosted me.
- I received a verbal offer, but no written offer.
