I was emailed about my availability and to schedule an interview. However, after that, I was ghosted for months even though I followed up multiple times. Around Thanksgiving, the recruiter responded saying the team would make a decision the following week and organize the interview schedule. I never heard back after that, despite a few follow-ups. Finally, I received an automated rejection email on New Year's.

First, there was a welcome and small talk, then a company presentation. After that, I had to introduce myself. Then came questions about my professional background, including tasks, successes, and reasons for changing jobs. We also discussed my academic background, covering my studies, thesis, and practical application of knowledge. Finally, there were questions about technical knowledge, entry-level roles, situational judgment, competencies, motivation, and salary expectations. They also asked about my connection to the company, my career goals, and then we concluded with a Q&A session.
