This was an on-campus drive during our 3rd year of undergrad. They are looking for students who are eager to learn, even if they don't have prior technical knowledge. The process started with a general English test, which doesn't require much preparation; just be quick with your answers as there's no limit to the number of questions you can answer. You can answer as many as possible. This wasn't a virtual interview, it was on campus. The next day, they conducted interviews for the students who were shortlisted.
