I sent in my application and then got a call from the recruiter two days later, which seemed good. I set up the interview for the next day. But, when the recruiter got on, she told me right away that they couldn't sponsor my visa and ended the call in like three minutes. It sucked because the job was perfect for me and this could have been sorted via email. I wish they had checked my application better before setting up the meeting.

It was a 3 stage interview process. The first round was a 90 minute session that covered both technical aspects and system design. The second round was a 30 minute behavioural interview, and the final round was a 30 minute discussion with the executives.
