The recruitment process was quite a letdown and felt all over the place. It started with an initial HR interview over Zoom, but it was weirdly without video, which felt impersonal. They said I'd hear back for a hiring manager chat within 10 days, but it took two weeks. Then, instead of moving forward, I had to talk to the same HR person again, also on Zoom without video. The second chat was basically a repeat of the first, with generic questions and not much substance. They also asked me to create a communications plan, which made me wonder if they were looking for actual candidates or just trying to get free work and templates. The whole thing felt disorganized and unprofessional. Because of these issues and no follow-up, I'm not going to pursue this any further. If they contact me again, I'll politely decline.

I went through 3 online interviews and then one in person. It was a bad experience overall. The company says it's in Switzerland but most work is outsourced. This is fine, but they don't say it. The first interviews were okay, covering HR and technical stuff. The HR person was nice, also outsourced. But later interviews were weird and not structured. Some interviewers were rude and arrogant, which was a really bad impression. The company isn't well-known in Switzerland, and I get why. It doesn't seem trustworthy. If you want a serious job in the DACH area, don't waste your time here.
