So there was a recruiter phone screen, then an online written test where I had to answer a business question, then a first round of interviews, and then a final round of interviews. The interviews themselves were a mix of behavioral and case interviews.

Case Technical

Started with a phone interview, then a case study that was pretty logical and the interviewer was nice. Next, there was an online assessment that was a bit tough.

Case Behavioral Technical

My interviewer was very nice and we had a great discussion about the role, my experience and the case studies. However I would consider this interview process a negative experience for the following reasons: 1.) lack of communication within KX! the talent acquisition arranged an interview and I had confirmed however they did not tell the interviewer! this meant I was waiting over an hour with a no show from the interviewer. 2.) when i had an interview rearranged the interviewer initially called me on whatsapp (with a photo of her out partying) before calling me on zoom 3.) during the zoom call I had my video on but the interviewer refused to do the same, this is very odd and not something I have ever experienced in an interview (although the discussion was great) there was also limited/generic feedback . I am interested in following this company in the future, however at the moment this experience was very unproffessional and has been a big red flag!
