Working Student
The interview process was smooth, composed by two interviews (one with a team coordinator and an associate recruiting, and the other with the team lead and another team coordinator). The interviewers were actively listening and seemed interested in my journey, making me feel extremely comfortable during the entire process!
- Tell me about your background and experience.
- What motivates your interest in joining KWS?
- How do you plan to balance your studies with your work responsibilities?
Working Student
First, there was an introduction to the company and the position. Then, we talked about my CV, past work experience, education, and some behavioral and basic technical questions. Finally, we discussed my availability, like working hours and the duration.
- Can you describe challenges you've encountered in prior roles and explain how you overcame them?
Working Student
The atmosphere was relaxed. There was a lot of unnecessary information about the two interviewers, and a quick overview of the work areas. They went through my CV, asking about my past decisions and career path. Unfortunately, I only received an email saying it wasn't a good fit.
- Do you want to work in the agricultural sector later on?
