The process was totally unprofessional. My first interview with the recruiter was supposed to start, but she was late and didn't let me know. I had to reach out to her to confirm if the interview was still happening, and she eventually postponed it to later that day. The interview itself was alright, with general questions about my background and experience. After more than ten days, I was told I'd been selected for the next round. They gave me limited options for scheduling, with only three slots available over two days. Unfortunately, I wasn't available for any of those, so I asked for alternative times. The recruiter never responded. I followed up two weeks later, and still nothing – she just disappeared. Over a month later, she finally emailed to say they decided not to move forward with my application, without any explanation. It was a completely unprofessional and time-wasting experience.

I went through 3 interviews. First with HR, then with the Manager, and finally with a Partner. It wasn't too tough. They mainly asked about my past work experience and specific VAT rates for various items across different countries. I got the job contract the very next day.

Ich musste 4 Wochen auf das erste Vorstellungsgespräch warten, und dann nochmals 4 Wochen auf das zweite. Die gleichen Fragen wurden mehrmals gestellt. Ich habe nach der Stellenbeschreibung gefragt, aber die Befragerin konnte sie nicht erklären. Es wurde mir auch mehrmals gefragt, wie die Teamarbeit aussehen würde, so als hätte die Befragerin wirklich keine Ahnung. Ein sehr schlechtes Vorstellungsgespräch mit einer unwissenden Befragerin.
