It was a 6 stage process for the EAE role on the EMEA team. It started with a screening call with a recruiter. Then there were 3 parts to the process, meeting leadership in the US. After that, there was a presentation to a panel which included account strategy and territory mapping. The final step was a call with the Head of Sales EMEA. The process felt well-thought-out, giving candidates a real and full picture of the team and culture, and lots of opportunity to ask questions related to different departments. I can't really say if it was 'difficult' or 'easy', as it's designed to help both sides make the best decision. The presentation did need a fair amount of prep, but that's standard for what I already do.

started with a Linkedin DM then went through 7 steps: recruiter screen, meeting with the hiring manager, meeting 3 cross-team leaders (Sales, SC, POPS), and a C-Suite meeting followed by a presentation. The whole process took about 2-3 weeks.

I didn’t get the job in the end, but the recruiter was really nice and gave me a lot of information. Even though it didn’t work out, it was the first interview process where I felt respected and heard. It made me respect Kustomer more, and I’ll be telling my colleagues about it.
