First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kura.
Customer Service Agent
The interview process was disorganized and unprofessional. It was difficult to get in touch with the hiring team, and they would call back very late in the evening. The start date kept getting postponed. The person who conducted the phone interview admitted they didn't know what they were doing. It sounds like a bad team environment. I'd advise staying away from Kura because they are dishonest about shifts, pay, and job details.

Customer Service Agent
I received an invitation for a face-to-face interview with a week's notice, which I appreciated as it gave me time to prepare. Upon arriving at the office, I was informed that I first had to complete a test. This involved listening to three recorded calls and taking notes on the main details, with no opportunity to ask for clarification. I also had to complete a quiz. After the test, I was told I didn't pass due to a couple of spelling mistakes. This meant the interview was over before it even began, as I never got to speak with anyone about my customer service skills. It's frustrating because they claim to be a top outsourcer in the UK with great software solutions, yet they don't seem to use online assessments beforehand, making candidates waste their time preparing and traveling for an interview that ends abruptly based on minor errors.
