I had a great interview, and it seemed like they really wanted to hire me, but then at the end, they told me the position was in another state. When I brought up that I applied for the one in my state, they said that one had closed and only the out-of-state one was open. It felt like a waste of time, but otherwise, it was a good interview.

The interview process was pretty standard. It started with technical skills, then soft skills, and then some interesting and challenging case studies. However, I felt like the skill expectations they had during the interview and for the job opening didn't really line up. It's supposed to be an intern position, but they were asking about things that were outside the job description.

So the first part was a video interview, then there was this online assessment centre thing that went on for about 5 hours. It started with a panel interview where they used the STAR technique. After that, we had to prep a presentation based on some stuff they emailed over - like an email chain, some survey results, and details about a venue. We had to present this later in the day. The very last bit was a team project.
