It was a smooth process with quick responses. There were three interviews in total. They asked standard questions about my way of working and experience. I had an initial short call with HR, and after a few weeks, I was invited to my first interview.

Technical Behavioral

I applied online and got a screening call quickly. Then there was a technical phone interview, followed by an onsite face-to-face interview. It was a decent experience overall. The interview lasted about an hour with four people. The hiring manager then spoke to me privately, offered me the job with a good salary increase. I needed time to think, so I asked the hiring manager for more details about the role and company, which he provided. I decided to accept, but when I called him, he changed the details, saying I'd be working on other tasks and projects outside my profile. I declined the offer because the role seemed different from what was described.

First, a standard resume review. Then, a first interview (long - 2h30) on-site with a senior project manager and the department head, including a practical case. A second interview (short - 1h) by phone, more informal, to see if 'the vibe was right' with the team lead. Finally, confirmation and presentation of the financial offer.
