It was a straightforward and easy conversation. I had it in person at the office. Two interviewers were present. We started with introductions, then discussed my experience, the job duties, and what salary I was looking for. They answered all my questions openly. It was a good experience overall.

I went through two interviews for the job, but I didn't hear back from them at all with any kind of feedback. The first interview was conducted online, and the second one was face-to-face at their office.

Technical Presentation

This was one of the worst interview experiences. The interviewers had trouble communicating and understanding my answers, making it hard to have a real conversation. They said it would be a technical interview for Java and Spring, but it wasn't. It was a short PowerPoint with about four to five random theoretical questions that they read aloud. After I answered, they seemed unsure how to evaluate my responses and just checked if they matched what was on their screen. The whole interview felt disorganized and unprofessional.
