applied to the job then interviewed. it was pretty normal. nice people, but they mentioned a lot that people leave the company but always return. this gave me the impression that most people leave. the compensation was below average.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring team doesn't interact with candidates until the interviews. HR handles all communication. The interview process seems to indicate a cold, corporate culture. It begins with a phone interview, followed by a virtual meeting, and then HR follows up via email.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The whole thing took three months. HR was hard to schedule with and rude. After the phone screen, there were three more interviews. I was told in the second virtual interview that there were two candidates, including myself, and that I was the front-runner (then I had to wait 3 weeks for the final interview). There's an obvious disconnect between the goals/needs of regional vs. national teams and, overall, the company seems like a mess. Easily the worst interview circuit I've experienced due to the total lack of respect for my time and the poor communication.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview was online which was convenient. The only hiccup was poor Wi-Fi causing disconnections, but it was a good experience overall. I spoke with 3 interviewers, 2 of whom were engaged while one seemed distracted by emails. They had good tech, and presenting my portfolio via video call was easy. The entire process was fast, and I received my offer quickly. They were also very responsive to my emails.
