The first stage was a group activity via Skype with a very friendly and helpful HR recruiter. The second stage was a presentation to 3 managers (only 1 was responsible for the area I applied for; the others were there because the stage included candidates from different courses for different areas, which I found a bit disorganized). I hated the experience. Only the HR recruiters were truly paying attention. One manager was completely restless while I spoke, another just pretended to pay attention (asking about info already in my presentation), and the other (the manager of the area I applied for) was typing on her laptop and didn't even look at me, also talking to others during my presentation.

Interview process via Skype, with other candidates, solving a case study. Approved candidates were invited to a panel, where they presented an idea for an investment in the education sector. Each candidate presented in turn, in a room with company managers.
