After three long interviews and almost two months of waiting, I received negative feedback. To get a position that doesn't require experience, the bureaucracy is too large for what they offer. Besides, if it were due to lack of experience, it would be understandable, but my resume is well-structured... Anyway, I only recommend applying if you have a lot of time, because depending on them, you will waste time and money.

There were 4 rounds total. First was a technical screening, then a technical round with someone at my level, followed by a managerial round, and finally an HR discussion. You gotta be good at K8s, Terraform, Python, version control (like Git), Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Docker.

It was an in-person meeting with the head of the department and someone from HR. The conversation mostly revolved around your background, what drives you, and an overview of the position. No technical questions were asked; it felt more like a chat. It wrapped up in under an hour.
