Stocker
The interview process was easy, with questions mostly based on your past experience. It's an easy job but the pay is low since it's a big company. You have to pass a background check. The schedule can sometimes be a bit unusual. They use simple apps for checking your schedule and clocking in.

Warehouse Worker
After applying online, I had a phone call with HR, then the hiring manager, and then the warehouse manager. After that, I got an offer with details on when, where, and the compensation. The initial phone interview was 30 minutes, and the HR round was an hour long.
- Can you tell me how long you were employed at your last job?
- What do you consider your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
- Describe how you would go about designing a warehouse.
Overnight Stocker
I had a quick phone call asking about my intentions and how I could help. Then I was called in for an interview. The person at customer service asked me to wait and seemed a bit condescending. The interviewer arrived and asked more questions about how I could help and explained the job. I was then told I got the job and was supposed to start the next day. I called an hour before to say I couldn't make it, which was fine, and we rescheduled for Thursday. Unfortunately, due to some bad luck, I couldn't make it again. I called to let them know I couldn't attend and asked to reschedule. When I called customer service to relay this, they were very abrupt and unaccommodating, saying the manager wasn't in and not offering to take a message. I couldn't reach her that day. The next day, I called again to ask when I should come in. I finally reached someone who claimed to be the manager. She said I hadn't called (which I did) and that it was a big problem. I wasn't given a chance to explain. Then she said the position might be filled and she'd maybe call me tomorrow to let me know. I didn't like that my character was being questioned, so I called back and reached someone who claimed to be the same woman, even though I was just told she wasn't there. I informed her that I had indeed called. She then claimed not to be the manager, so I asked her to note it, which she said she would pass along. I never got a call back. I felt like I was messed with and that the manager couldn't just tell me the position was filled. Honestly, it would have been better than leaving me hanging with no news about the job when I have bills to pay. This is a big issue that needs fixing. I'm very disappointed with the dishonesty, disrespect, and disregard as a human being, especially since I was respectful and appreciative of the opportunity. I've never experienced such disrespect or belittling at any other job. I hope no one else goes through this. I'm not usually one to post reviews, but if I can help someone avoid this experience, then I'll feel like I've accomplished something.
- Can you give an instance of how you contribute to a group?
- What hours can you work?
- What are your plans for the future?
