Group Behavioral

The interview process felt like a waste of time for qualified professionals. After a casual initial interview at my university, I participated in a group interactive interview. My group was given team challenges, but it was chaotic due to loud members with poor ideas who argued constantly. I was told I'd get a response within a week, but after 10 days, I hadn't heard back. Upon checking, I was told I was marked absent, which I denied. I was promised a prompt update, but after another week, I had to follow up again and was informed the position was filled. My advice for this role: be the loudest with ideas, even if bad, to ensure you're marked present. Project an image of leadership, regardless of actual capability. I've since joined a more organized company's manager program with a smoother process that values ideas and leadership over being the loudest.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I applied in Feb/March and didn't hear back until late August. They had me do about 6-7 behavioral questions for the application. Then I had my first interview at the district office, which was about an hour and covered personal info and background stuff. If that went well, I had a second interview at the division office. This one was almost 3 hours, went super deep into my application, and included a role-play to see how I think and lead. About 5 days after that, I got a call with the job offer and pay details.

Behavioral Other

It was a 3 interview process. Since I was an internal candidate, I interviewed with the district manager, who was aware of my achievements and put me forward for this new position. My 2nd interview was with HR, where I completed a personality and aptitude test. My final interview was a panel with 3 members of the Executive team. These questions focused heavily on current events and personal opinions, as well as past experiences.
