I had two interviews. First, a quick and easy phone screen with HR. Then, a 1.5-hour interview that included both behavioral and technical parts, where they asked things like 'tell me about a time when...' and about my Excel skills.

Behavioral

The interview process was really chill and the team members were super knowledgeable and friendly. They asked some basic questions about my background and some situation-based questions about how I'd handle working under pressure, like if I missed deadlines. The Internship program coordinators were also really helpful through the whole application and onboarding stuff.

Behavioral Technical

I had a phone screening with a recruiter, mostly behavioral questions about my experience. It seemed to go well. The recruiter said she'd follow up in about a week. I didn't hear back for two weeks, so I sent a follow-up email. No response. About a month after the first interview, I finally got an email from her to set up a second interview. I scheduled it and prepped, but the interviewers never showed up. Then I saw an email she sent a few hours earlier saying the interview was canceled and she'd follow up with next steps. I replied, thanked her, and said I was looking forward to hearing from her. Two more weeks passed. I emailed the recruiter again to ask about next steps. She replied, saying the hiring team needed someone for 40 hours/week and that spring internships were opening soon. I replied to remind her I'd said I could commit 40 hours during our first chat. Very unprofessional, and no apology.
