It was quick and direct. I felt like the interviewer already knew if they were going to hire me. I stayed calm and spoke clearly, and I made sure to be respectful and maintain eye contact the whole time.

After I submitted my online application, I got a call from them two days later. The interviewer was really nice and made me feel comfortable. They mostly asked basic questions like when I could start. There was also a drug test, which tasted bad and took 24 hours to process. After that, I was informed of my start date. The onboarding included three days of computer training, covering safety, bagging, cashiering, and customer service. There were also video and manager-led visual lessons. I felt well-prepared to start working and was given two work shirts.

I applied online through a job alert and the store manager contacted me the next day to schedule an interview. We had a one-on-one interview where she asked some basic questions, and questions about my resume. She had me fill out my availability and then gave me an offer. I came back the day after to do a drug test and get my uniform, then I attended a paid 4-hour orientation.
