I talked with the supervisor of the processing team for about an hour over Teams. Then, the Director of Talent Acquisition reached out to schedule another interview with her, also on Teams, which also lasted about an hour. Both were pretty laid-back. The first interview felt like it was more about getting to know me and what the job actually involves. The HR interview was more focused on job questions. I also had a second call with HR about supervisor-related questions in case I was being considered for a Team Supervisor role. It was a good process overall, and I felt comfortable. The culture they described is what I'm experiencing now!

My initial interview was virtual. After that, I was invited to a luncheon to meet the staff. Then, I didn't receive a rejection email, so I had to follow up after two weeks and was informed I wasn't selected.

The interview process began with a chat with the Director of Talent Acquisition, which went really well. After that, I had a second round with two other directors, followed by a third round with three more directors. Everyone I talked to was super friendly. The questions were a mix of experience-based, technical, and about my personality. They were really flexible with my schedule and timeline. It was a great experience overall and gave me a good feel for the company.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved several meetings with managers and directors to get different perspectives on the company. The Director of Talent Acquisitions, who scheduled everything and gave a quick intro to who I'd be meeting, was my main point of contact throughout. All interviews were virtual, lasting about 30-45 minutes each. It felt pretty relaxed, and everyone was really welcoming. It was a great, friendly atmosphere, and people seemed genuinely passionate about the company and their teams.
