Customer Service Representative
I initially applied for a different role, which involved specific questions I had to answer. Unfortunately, I wasn't selected for that position. However, they recommended me for a role in another department. Because I followed their advice, my second interview felt more relaxed. They know how to ask the right questions to get a good understanding of candidates. They aren't overly strict, but you do need some knowledge or experience for the job you're applying for. For example, if you don't like talking on the phone but you're applying for a customer service job, that's obviously not going to work.
- What qualities do you possess that make you a good fit for this position, and have you gained any relevant experience previously?
- Can you share your experience and what makes you suitable for this role?
Customer Service Representative
Assessing candidates can take many forms. The key is to be able to track, follow up on, measure, and compare assessment data. A good assessment starts with solid preparation, followed by an in-depth interview with the candidate. For candidate analysis and decision-making, you'll want to use standardized assessment scales as much as possible. This way, you avoid subjective decision-making.
- What do you see yourself doing in the future?
Customer Service Representative
There were many different conversations and assignments that one had to do. One part of the application process was something with building Lego. That went too far for call center work for me and I dropped out.
- What are your strong qualities?
