You start with an online application where you submit your CV and some personal details. Then there are online assessments which include logical, numerical, and personality tests. After that, you go to an assessment center for a case study, group tasks, and interviews. If you do well, you get a job offer. Finally, there's onboarding where you join a training bootcamp and start the program.

There were two technical interviews and one managerial interview. I got selected, and they asked for my documents but never scheduled the HR round. I called them multiple times, and they kept saying they would schedule it, but it never happened.

Behavioral Technical Coding System Design

The interview experience was pretty chill and pleasant. First, there was a quick chat with the recruiter. Then, I had a technical interview, and finally, I met with the team lead for the last part. Everyone was professional, and the questions were super practical, mostly touching on coding in real situations, some basic system design stuff, and my previous work. They really wanted to know how I approach and solve problems, not just if I knew the textbook definitions.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Could you share a project that you're most proud of and tell me why?
  • Can you describe a project you're most proud of and why?
